Vlancia Home Buyers was started by our founder Duane Alexander who is driven by a passion for renovating houses and improving his community. As a little boy, Duane watched his father renovate his first house. He was immediately drawn to the process of watching something old become new again! He began to wonder how he could use this passion to improve neighborhoods he grew up around that were full of vacant and run-down homes.
